HCI’s president is intimately involved in each project in order to ensure top quality performance in all aspects.  Our dedicated team will walk through the entire pipeline process hand in hand with the companies, as well as, the landowners.  From courthouse work, to negotiations, to construction, and even maintenance after the project is completed we are fully devoted to your needs.  Our experienced landmen are very skilled in landowner negotiations and work as excellent mediators between the companies and the landowners.  We try to ensure the success of our clients from start to finish and are willing to help in any capacity, in order for them to achieve their goals.  In an ever changing environment, we feel that our ability to adapt and our dedication to an innovative approach sets us apart from all other companies.

Chris Hurst

President of HCI, has 9 years of experience in the energy industry with work focused in the Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania areas. Growing up in the south, Chris learned the value of a strong handshake, a warm smile and treating your neighbor as you would want to be treated. He has brought that to land services along with a dynamic and innovative approach to completing projects. He is certified in: Negotiations and Acquisitions, Standards of Practice for the Right of Way Professional, Principles of Real Estate Negotiation, Bargaining Negotiations, Introduction of Property Management, Property Management Leasing, Real Property/Asset Management, US Land Titles, Legal Aspects of Easements, Engineering Plan Development and Application, and Property Descriptions through International Right of Way Association (IRWA). He is dedicated to building the next generation of Right of Way professionals with a focus on honesty and integrity to achieve lasting results for the clients we work for and the communities they are developing.
