Our specialty is successful land acquisitions for our clients. If you need a right of way for a pipeline, a lease for a compressor pad, or a much more complex project with a lot of variables we are the firm to get it done. Production and exploration projects often overlap many different parcels of land, with long and intricate histories. These stories are ones we are very familiar with, and our agents are experts at researching them and verifying and vetting the ownership. Right of Way Negotiations:

Our agents are highly skilled and qualified in the negotiation process.  We pride ourselves on being able to effectively communicate between our clients and the landowners to reach a mutually beneficial outcome while staying within the parameters set forth by each client. This is one of our specialties. Again, while building relationships is not considered a science, we are exceptional at it. We utilize the best agents who consistently keep projects on track while protecting the public opinion of our clients. We provide services at all stages of the process, from acquiring documentation, to facilitating surveys of field work, through construction and final clean up. Appraisals and Land Value Studies:

Having a team of professionally certified appraisers is very important to the energy industry, as these values help to determine a baseline in the negotiation process. This is a vital step in developing and building a successful transaction. We are highly skilled in several areas of appraisal services. We can provide professional appraisals on everything from timber assessments, real-estate values, and stone values, as well as, crop damage assessments, land values and other specific needs. We will do whatever is needed to ensure our clients and the community are treated fairly and appropriately in every situation.

Title, Filing and Document Preparation:

As a vital aspect of any project, our team provides title search services to our clients. We can do 30, 40 or 50 year title searches, depending upon the client’s needs. We recognize that each new project comes with unique stories and histories and we are committed to researching this back as far as needed to ensure our clients projects do not get derailed. Every single geographical parcel of land that is in the scope of a project is important. We give each the care and detailed attention required to recognize and mitigate any inconsistencies in the chain of title. This focus we provide lets you move your project forward with confidence. We also provide document preparation and the recording of signed documents.  We provide both physical and digital copies of title and all signed and/or recorded documents to our clients. We can be as involved as needed. Again, our goal is to be as helpful as possible to the companies we serve!
